These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhatIf Studio (the "Service"), a platform for creating short-form videos and publishing them to your own connected social accounts. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WhatIf Studio lets a user produce original short-form vertical videos from a topic, a script, or an uploaded product photo, and publish the finished videos to social accounts the user owns and connects, including TikTok and YouTube. Connecting an account is optional and is done by the user through a standard OAuth flow.
The Service is intended for content creators, marketers, and businesses who publish their own original content. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for activity performed through your connected accounts.
When using the Service, you agree to:
You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service, subject to the licensing terms of any third-party AI media providers and stock assets used in production. You grant the Service only the limited permission needed to generate, store, and upload your content to the account you choose.
The Service integrates with the following providers; your use of those integrations is subject to each provider's own terms:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. The Service depends on third-party APIs and may degrade or fail when those services are unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and each integrated platform from claims arising out of content you publish through the Service in violation of these Terms or any platform's terms.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. If an integrated platform revokes API access, the affected integration will cease automatically.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
